RevOps and CRM systems

Leads reach the right salesperson, with useful context.

We set up your CRM, connect the tools around it, and define how each lead is qualified, assigned and tracked. Less time cleaning records and chasing owners. More time on conversations that are ready to have.

Four places revenue teams lose time

Each is a scoped project with a clear handover. Start with the one costing you the most, or combine them when the problems are linked.

CRM foundations

Your CRM set up around how you actually sell. Clean records, stages everyone reads the same way, one owner per deal, and a short guide so new hires know where things go.

  • Clean, deduplicated contact and company records
  • Pipeline stages with a plain definition of each
  • A short guide to what each field means and who owns it

Tool integrations

Your enrichment, outbound, form and calendar tools feeding the CRM instead of sitting beside it. Data moves the way you agreed, and you hear about it when something breaks. Which tools are in scope is settled with you up front.

  • A map of which tool updates which field
  • Working connections, tested with your real records
  • Alerts and a fix-it guide for the usual failures

Lead qualification and routing

Each new lead is enriched in Clay, checked against your fit criteria, and handed to the right salesperson with the research attached. Nobody sorts a spreadsheet to work out who should call.

  • Clay enrichment that writes fit and context back to the CRM
  • Assignment rules by territory, segment or source
  • A follow-up task created for every assigned lead

Pipeline visibility

Reports built on the same stage definitions your team uses, so the number in the meeting matches the number in the CRM. See where deals sit, where they stall and who owns them.

  • Pipeline and stage conversion views by team and owner
  • Stuck deal and missing next step reports
  • A one-page note on what each number counts
Internal build

We rebuilt our own CRM.

In September 2026 we rebuilt GetAttn's own Attio CRM. It is an internal project, not client work.

Before

A broad historical import held sales and non-sales records in one place. The same person appeared more than once.

After

Records separated by what is actually known: early interest, qualification, meeting outcome, nurture, client, or missing evidence. Every record carries its source evidence, qualification, next action, review date and owner.

  • The old import was not replayed. Every migrated person was checked against a reviewed plan.
  • Non-sales records were excluded and duplicate people were consolidated into single records.
  • New fields for source evidence, qualification, next action, review date and owner, so each record shows why it is there and what happens next.

Internal GetAttn build, September 2026. Not a client engagement and not a revenue result. No time savings or revenue were measured, and no ongoing intake or mailbox sync was enabled.

Engagement

How an engagement runs

Diagnose

We review your CRM, the tools around it and how the team really uses them. You get a written picture of where leads stall, where data breaks and what to fix first.

Build

We agree a scoped project, then configure, integrate and test it in your environment. Changes are logged as we go so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Hand over

Your team gets documentation, a walkthrough and the runbook. The goal is a system you own and can change without calling us.

Common questions

Before you book a call

Which CRMs and tools do you work in?

Enrichment and qualification work runs in Clay. CRM and surrounding tool fit is agreed during scoping. Tell us what you run on the call and we will say plainly whether it fits.

Do we need to run outbound with you to work on our systems?

No. Systems work is scoped on its own. Outbound is one use case for a connected CRM, and the foundations stand without it.

What happens after handover?

You own the configuration, the documentation and the runbook. Whether any ongoing support is wanted, and what it covers, is agreed during scoping.

Talk through your lead handoffs

Bring your CRM and the tools around it. On the call you will hear where we think leads are getting lost between capture and salesperson, which fix we would start with, and whether we are the right people to build it.
